Ahmedabad Ultimate

Ultimate Frisbee is a relatively new and a rapidly growing team sport in India, that encourages personal responsibility, inclusivity and sportsmanship through Spirit of the Game (SOTG). Young people especially, learn many new skills that help them with other aspects of their lives such as teamwork, patience, time management and respect for their peers.

 

Ultimate is a low-cost, non-contact, co-ed sport. Anyone can play together: young and old; male and female; anyone from any background. All you need is a disc, a field and some willing players.

 

With the sport growing at fast pace in India we at AU are trying our best to support this rising growth and development among the players in India, especially for the upcoming crop of Ultimate Frisbee players in India including all the  young kids. We want to make the sport accessible to as many kids as possible, without the barriers of their background, finance, we want each and every kid who is willing to play Ultimate to be able to play and have a disc of his/her own!!
